Please check who initiates the session- System Admin or User.
If user initiates the session, select Sys Admin, it should resolve the issue

hi @Garima Tripath1 Sys Admin can solve the issue, but I want the flow to trigger as the user. (Copy close notes to additional comments, and I want this to show as the user who initiates the session, not the system.)
any help?
