Hi everyone,
I've created a maintain item with a simple flow that doesn't create a sc_task. In the flow, I set the request status to "Open" once the request is made, but it's constantly forced to "Delivered." I've consulted the documentation, and apparently, since I don't have a sc_task, I think there's an automatic process that switches the RITM to delivered when the SC_TASKS are completed. Since there aren't any, it counts that part as completed and therefore sets the RITM to delivered. I've searched for associated BR, UI Policies, and Client Scripts without any luck. Any ideas?
