when we change dates the status should come back to draft state that is perfect.

 

But the approvals are again coming from starting onwards. This could be stooped.

Hi,

Whenever approval moves from Approved state to Requested state, this is most probably due to workflow getting retriggered. Can you check if there is any BR or something which retriggering workflow when state changes to Draft.

Your solution is to stop this workflow from retriggering.

When you are setting the state back to Draft, may I know how are you doing that?

Are you using a Rollback operation in your workflow or a Business Rule?

Can you share the details to assist you further?
