the update from a ticket to the list needs more than 10 sec

Whenever im updating ticket from list view it is taking more than 10 sec to update a form view

for example: if i update the state of an incident on list view it is taking more than 10 sec to update form view.

The way you have combined the terms list view and form view in one sentence is really confusing. I am not sure I understand how updating a record in from a list view can update a form view. Consider stating the problem in a different way and/or providing more details to help us help you.

Actually this is list view only not form view...

There are business rules running in background. You need to check which of them is taking longer than expected. Also keep in mind that if you update multiple records at once, it will of course take longer than updating a single record.
