There are multiple UI Policies with the same Order for this field - their run order is not predictable

Hi All

Not able to create new UI action in ( ui policy ) ,its shows error more than 25 UI policies name with - There are multiple UI Policies with the same Order for this field - their run order is not predictable

Are there 25 UI policies all referencing the same field?  Can you expand more on why that would be?  Normally, you would never want to have more than 1-2 UI Policies referencing the same field(s) and they should all have distinct conditions.

That variables configured & referencing in only one UI policy ? and all other UI policy are mentioned in the screenshot having different variables & different conditions

Changing all UI policy order number , is this a solution ?

Our best practise to avoid that issue is we created ui policy per ui action. For example one ui policy for assigned to field then we will just make some changes in the conditions

You can set the order on UI Policies if needed to see if that reduces the errors or any inconsistencies when running UI Policies.
