There is a requirement to add a "new" button to this form, so that data will be created on new table

Hello Community, there is one requirement for new button to be added on another table. In the attached image there is a reference field which is attached to different table. I want to add new record to the referenced table.

Do let me know if anyone know this. Thanks

If I understood correctly

When a user enter the data then same data you want to store in another table?

or where you want to add the new button?

If the first case, 

Create a flow 

and in that under Action - Create record and set the table name and details. 

I am not pro here , but these inputs will be helpful for you.
