There is no business rule [Default Task Based Prediction] in Predictive Intelligence.

I want to use the Predictive Intelligence classification solution, but I can't find the Business Rule [Default Task Based Prediction].
I have already activated the non-public Plugin [Predictive Intellgence].
Is there anything else I need to do to use the Predictive Intelligence classification solution?

Hi @miyu 

according to the documentation at https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/administer/predictive-intelligence/ta... that Business Rule should be available. So maybe you can create a support case with ServiceNow and ask what went wrong.
