Roadmap to Learn Generative AI and Now Assist in ServiceNow for an ITSM Developer

Hi ServiceNow Community,

I am currently working as a ServiceNow Developer focusing on ITSM, and I am interested in expanding my skills into Generative AI and Now Assist within the ServiceNow platform.

Since I am relatively new to this area, I would really appreciate guidance from experienced developers or architects on how to approach learning these technologies effectively.

Could you please suggest a structured learning roadmap from beginner to advanced level for topics such as:

• Generative AI capabilities in ServiceNow

• Now Assist features and implementation

• Recommended Now Learning courses, collections, or documentation

It would also be helpful to know which prerequisites or platform concepts (for example AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, or Integration Hub) should be learned before moving into Now Assist and Gen AI.
