Third party integration using RPA

Is it possible to use RPA for 3rd parties integrations. We need to send / Receive data along with attachments. Kindly provide your insights.

Basically yes. You would any computer as an interface between your 3rd party system and ServiceNow running the RPA Hub. However the question is why cannot you connect ServiceNow directly with the 3rd party system?

The current process we have is where we directly connected with the 3rd party system, The new ask is to make use of RPA. Also is it possible to send and receive attachments using RPA?
