Mid Sever status is in validating

Hello Experts,

Yesterday I have installed mid-server. after the installation was done successfully I clicked on validate button. I thought it will take time for validation I wait for a whole day but still, it's showing validation status as validating why is showing validating, is there any specific reason behind it please guide me. I have attached a screenshot below thank you.

It's generally occurs in windows servers with time zone sync issue.

Make sure the time and date are correctly configured to the Server time zone.

Hi, please restart the hosting server where MID server app is running, after successful boot-up - try to validate MID server app again. If it will not help, please share agent.log.

Thread is a little bit old but for those having MID server stuck on validation on Washington version, I did the following.

Checked time zone and date/time and they were the same.

Restarted the mid server but Validation was still stuck on Validating.

Selected "Pause MID" in "Related Links". Validated changed to "Yes" and to my surprise, "Validated At" was the time just after I clicked on the "validate" link.

Clicked on "Resume MID" and the Status changed to "Up".

I was able to send command to the MID server from ecc_queue and get a reply.

This happened on 2 MID servers I was setting up so it's probably an issue with the release I'm using.
