Third party integration with servicenow

I want to create third party Mark monitor integration with servicenow, we need  to load data once in a month manually and run daily , now we need to automate this process .can someone help me with this .

You can use the Flow to trigger the integration and scheduled it.

You can create API and do table and field level mapping.
