I have one requirement to create pdf through virtual agent. For now, we are able to create simple sort of PDF with basic details but our use cases like pdf template should be like below screenshot & current loged in user details will be populate so black bold data will be automatically picked in pdf & will be generated in that format.
could you please on that if possible, solution?
