Throwing error while providing commands in Worknotes, backout plan fields.

Hi folks,

Whenever I enter commands into Work notes, Blackout plan fields in CHG,INC records it's throwing an error.

values:

open a new query window
execute the below command
USE MASTER;

That depends on the code your are entering. But if it is trying to execute something, it's not going to work. Why not just attach the code? It's never a good idea to write it in fields, since those are also going to be used in notifications and can cause being blocked from receiving because of settings on the receiving side.
