Hello,
The title of the "Ticket Conversations" widget presents different values depending on the cat item in which the request is made. For one it presents the cat item's short description (the first case) and for the other it presents the short description which is filled in the request portal form (second case).
Is there a place where i can configure that instead of the widget script? I could not understand from the widget script how was configured.
