Dear Team,
we look for a simple way to document /draw a picture of an API Interface exchanging Incident Ticket between ServiceNow and Jira.
As usually multiple use cases and scenarios are present I am unsure how to draw an easy picture for Triggers, like Assignments Groups and Data to be exchanged like WorkNotes or Attachements
Is there any suggestion available?
