Time limited custom role access

Hi everyone,
I am trying to use the Time Limited Role functionality in ServiceNow to assign a custom role to a user for a limited duration.
I added my custom role through the reference qualifier using a Script Include, but I am getting unexpected errors when trying to assign/save the role. It feels like some Business Rule, Flow, or other automation is interfering, but I cannot find any related BR, Flow Designer flow, or workflow causing the issue.
I checked:
Business Rules
Flow Designer flows
Workflows
but nothing seems related.
Has anyone faced this issue before?
I would like to understand:
What is the correct way to add custom roles in Time Limited Role functionality?
Are there any OOB restrictions or validations for custom roles?
Which other areas should I check (ACLs, Script Includes, Dictionary settings, UI Policies, role inheritance, etc.)?
Is there any recommended debugging approach for this?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have already mentioned its not the roles from these 4 roles that are available in this table. its for a custom role or roles that are not in that table. Like there can be the role of security_admin. I want a solution for this

Please navigate to the application navigator and enter Time-Limited User Role's.
