User is facing issue in Time sheet portal, unble to Fill the entries in Time card on Time sheet portal

chceked the user role , user having all the roles but still is unable to Fill the entries in Time card on Time sheet portal.

This issue is only related to only one user.

What error that user is getting while submitting the time card/sheet?

no error , User is not able to edit entries in Time card, it is read only

Check the write field level acl , ui policy and client scripts.
