Hi,
While submitting the catalog form, we provided a value for the "When is Request Needed By" date/time field as 2026-03-22 13:05:43. However, shortly after submission, when the notification is sent to the approver/user, the same field value is displayed as 2026-03-22 17:05:43, reflecting a +4 hour difference.
Could you please help us understand why this difference is occurring? And give us a fix

it might be difference between the platform's time zone and user's preferred time zone...
To verify that, admin can check this value under the Basic COnfiguration UI16:
and your user preference from here:
Compare these two values if it matches so
