time worked pop up entry to be shown in custom related lists in vulnerable form

Hello, does anyone know how I can make the "Time Worked" entry popup appear in the custom related list I created for the Vulnerable Item?

I added a field to the task_time_worked table that references the custom related list — a Document ID–type field named u_non_task, and a Table field named u_target_table. I already have a Script Include and a UI Page that work on task-based apps like PRB, CHG, INC, etc., and I plan to reuse them for the Vulnerable Item.
