Hi @Deepika Jain ,

The main difference between TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) lies in their respective domains of focus. TSOM is primarily centered around managing and optimizing telecom services and operations, while ITOM deals with managing IT infrastructure and operations.

As for why we require TSOM when we have event management in ServiceNow, it's because TSOM caters specifically to the unique requirements of the telecom industry. While event management in ServiceNow is designed for general IT events, TSOM provides specialized functionalities tailored to handle telecom-specific events, service assurance, and fault management in a more effective and efficient manner. It allows telecom companies to manage their network infrastructure, monitor services, and resolve issues that are specific to their industry, ensuring better service quality and customer experience.

Hi @Rahul Talreja ,Thank you for the clarification.
In a new TSOM project, when thinking about applying a Starter-Stories package, do you think it is possible to adapt ITOM's Starter Stories as an initial basis?
