Hi Team,
I have a requirement, Where I need to calculate the duration for an incident wrt priority. Any help is appreciated.
Eg .If an incident is in High Priority -P2 for 5 min and moves to P3 for 15 min and again becomes P2 for 30 min so it shows duration like
P2 -35 MIN
p3-15 MIN
I have checked below KA ,However here I can see on priority changes new entry getting created and not calculating the average duration wrt Priority
