To have Special admin role for non admin user

Need to have read only access to all exclusive admin table like email logs inbound email action

Is there any way to give access without giving admin role.

@Deborah Brown L You can either choose to create a new role and add it in the read ACLs of email logs, inbound email action or you can use an existing role and add it in the read ACL on the aforementioned tables. Grant this role to your users via groups.
