To prevent Autologout for one specific user

Hi Team,

Is there any way that we can prevent 1 user from getting auto logout from service now. I don't want to change setting of auto logout for another user. it should be only applicable for one user

Hi Atul,

I want for specific user because we are planning to roll out Walk up experience to end users, so we want to keep a TAB open for user to join the queue at our location. If this user gets auto logout every time its difficult for engineer to login again every time. 

Is there any another way to keep specific page refreshing after specific interval?

Thanks for the update. I doubt that’s possible—it would likely apply to the whole platform. You could consider increasing the session timeout, but it’s best to reach out to the Now Support team for further guidance.
