To send an email Notification to the Change Assignment Group members and Change Requester 4 Hour before start time of the change. And on the same email, it will also notify them not to implement the change if it is not approved by SDL & Additional Approval.

I tried the business rule with conditions

The above business rule triggered the notification but it reflected old changes too..which were created on that particular day . Please help me to fix these issues.

Thanks in advance

Bala
