Too many other error

Hi Team , 

can any one please help me on this issue?

table :- csdm_app_services

only while updating 'tagged' based application service, while changing the name, only we getting this error , when we click on update button .

in the below image , i have just added 1 in the name , when i click on update button , throughing this error . 

 can anyone please provide me the solution for this . 

please steps to fix this issue , 

if possible please provide screenshots for better understanding .

In my PDI , I had fqdn as Mandatory attribute in cmdb_ci_service_auto table, I removed it and tried, I was able to create the Application Service. 

I suggest disabling Mandatory attributes in cmdb_ci_service_auto and give a try, it should work.
