Tooltip for questions in demand assessment in the portal

Hi,

For the demand assessments that are sent in the screening state of the demand. In the instance, For every question we can see the description of the question as a tooltip/hint in the instance view but that is available in the portal. Can we add the description as a tooltip in the portal?
