Top CIs for an incident per support group

Hi Team,

 

How do I build a report to show top 10 CI per support group for incidents. For instance,

Hi, you may consider opening incidents with applied filter (assignment group = "your support group") in list view, personalize the view by adding configuration item column and group by Configuration Item over column context menu. As result, you will see TOP CIs in descending order.

I want it for all groups in a report not for just one group in the list view.

Hi, I see. Did you try to set Group by = Assignment group and Stack by = Configuration item in you report, if so - did it help?
