Topic not visible on portal if specific catalog item is added

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with showing topic on portal

I created one new topic and added a record producer in connect content for it. But that topic won't show up on portal

But when I replaced that record producer with different one in connected content, that topic shows up.

Its clear that there is something with the record producer, but what that I am not sure

It is active, not in draft, nothing to do with available for. But still no luck

Has anyone faced similar issue before?

Please try adding the category and see if that works out? or else after adding connected content please try logout and login back

This is one of the examples of a connected content i have:

1. All -> Content Taxonomy -> Taxonomies 

2. Select and open “Employee” from list -> Go to the related list -> Child Topics - Select your topic and open 

3.  Now scroll down related list -> Click on Connected Content -> New (i have Opened the existing one):

4. Now see my Record Producer:

What could be the issue with your record procuser could be who has been mentioned under "Available For" and "Not Available for"

look at the user criteria i have for "Available for" :
