I have a requirement from Compliance/Auditing team.
They would like to have report or somewhere in the tool information about the changes done on the Business services/Service offerings from the previous version and it was requested by whom(Name of Service Manager) via Service builder.
How can we fulfill this requirement? Suggestions please
