Transfer encrypted attachment to another instance

Hi All,

We have requirement to transfer attachment along with ticket to another instance. We are able to achieve this for all Incident/Request etc but we are facing problem when we try to move HR case attachment (Encrypted attachment).

Can anyone help me to give me an idea how we can make it work ?

what type of attachment are you using?

Is it column level encryption free version?
