Transfer to the request button is not working on INC form of SOW

We have transfer to the request button in incident form of SOW. It's not working. It's working as expected from technician view. 

 

We have same UI action for both functionality.

 

Please do needful

Yes Ankur. It's OOB. I guess, We have script for technician view and other workspace client script in that UI action.
