Transfer to the request button is not working on INC form of SOW

We have transfer to the request button in incident form of SOW. It's not working. It's working as expected from technician view. 

 

We have same UI action for both functionality.

 

Please do needful

are you talking about "Create Request" button which is OOTB?

I could see it in workspace and it works in SOW

Did you check if some one updated the script for that?

The button name is : Transfer to the request on INC form of SOW.  

@Aditya1204 this is either custom or added via a plugin which isn't part of the standard ITSM offering. Can you share a screenshot of the UI action. As well as it's sys_id.
