Transform map does not get triggered

Hello,

 

I have a staging table with a transform map running on it. When I send an API call to ServiceNow through a configured Scripted REST API, it creates a record in the staging table, but the transform map is not triggered.


What could be the problem?

it's difficult to tell what could be the problem... we don't have visibility into your configurations.

 

"Transform map doesn't get triggered" - what do you exactly mean? 

 

Could you possibly explain:

  • what would you like to happen - step by step,
  • what happened instead.

What you configured, debugging, logs, errors, ...?
