Translate the Additional comments (in other languages) updated by end users to 'English' language.

The additional comments posted by end users (in other languages) from Service Portal should get translated to English language and gets updated on the incident record in Service-now.

Could anyone please help here?

Hi,

If you were to translate whatever the end user writes in their language into English, then perhaps the end user cannot understand it any more, because they might not understand English.

Have you looked at using Google translate for your agents ?

When the end users post any comment then it should gets translated to english and gets updated on the incident and when the agent replies back to the comments then that should be translated to users preferred language. This should be dynamic language translation.

The preferred way forward would be to use the solution provided by Nagaraj.
