Translate the Additional comments (in other languages) updated by end users to 'English' language.

The additional comments posted by end users (in other languages) from Service Portal should get translated to English language and gets updated on the incident record in Service-now.

Could anyone please help here?

Requirement is to translate the text using custom scripts via Business Rule or any other expected way possible

Using custom scripts I don't think it's possible. The only best way of achieving is using above mentioned method.

As that method is helpful for many people as well.
