Translated emails are in type = send-translation-ready and are not sended

I have different notifications translated with localization framework (I have translation plugin installed), these notifications were translated good and are triggered by servicenow.

 

The problem is for the users that not have default language in the profile (English), the notifications are stucked in send-translation-ready.

 

The translation is created but the type is still in send-ready

In dev works perfectly, but in prod I have some problem and all the translated notifications are still in send-ready (English notifications are sent, proble is only for translated notifications)

 

 

Could you please help me?
