translating additional comment in workflow

Hi 

in workflow i have Set Value Activity and while i am cancelling the IRTM via setting value to Cancelled i am also adding an additional comment into IRTM in English. in employe portal or /esc portal that additional comment is visible but when i am changing language that additional comment is not getting translated, can anyone help me on how to translate this additional comment?
