Translating Breadcrumbs on Service Portal

Hi Community,

We have recently started implementing the Service Portal but we are doing it for only 1 Service Catalog. The homepage directly takes the user to Catalog Home (sc_home) page. The issue I am facing is:

1. The Breadcrumb is partially translated at the Home Page:

But, when I click on any of the Categories, the Breadcrumb suddenly translates:

What could be causing this kind of irregularity..??

2. The 2nd issue is, when I click on a category and the Service requests appear, the windows have the SR names and short description translated but when I click on a SR window and the form appears, there the variables are translated but the SR Name and Short Description are not.

Breadcrumbs in service portal I believe should be translated text

Hello Carolina,

For me the breadcrum "Home" is not getting translated sometimes and it is translating for some languages and for italian and portuguese languages it is not translating( see below pictures).

For Italian language the "Home" is not getting translated, can you please guide me?

Hi Rushith, Kiranmai,

The translations are already present on the respected tables.

1. Go to Service Catalog --> Maintain Catalogs

2. Open the target catalog

3. Change your language to Spanish from language picker from gear icon in banner

4. Refresh the catalog form

5. Change the catalog name (Spanish)

6. Save the catalog form.
