Translating Push Notifications with multiple recipients having different languages

Hello, I have the following case:

 

I want to send push notifications to 2 or more recipients or to a group containing members with different preferred languages. 

 

For example, I want to send a push notification to the caller and the opened_by of the incident when it has new comments. But the opened_by wants to receive it in French language and the caller wants to receive it in Spanish.

 

Is there a way I can achieve that without making multiple push notification records or using Business rules, events and email scripts altogether to achieve this functionality?

Something like the Translated Notifications (sys_translated_notification table) for Email Notifications?
