Translations in Approval decision popup in SOW

In the Service Operation Workspace, when a Change is pending an approval, the user has the "Make approval decision" button in the Overivew tab.

When clicking the button , popup is opening. 

I have two questions:

1. I see that "Approval decision" title is not being translated. Does anyone know how can I translate it?
2. When selecting "Reject", "Approval notes" is mandatory. I'd like also to change from "Approval notes" to "Rejection notes" or if not possible, change the translation of that field, so that it is "Notas" (not "Notas de aprobación") Does anyone know how can I change the translation?
