Template Execution Failure Error occurred while generating values for variables

After installing AES in my PDI, I tried to create an app from the Service Template and received the following:

I also tried other templates and received the same error message. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for the reply @Sandeep Rajput  - the troubleshooting doc seems to relate to errors during template creation. I am not trying to create a template, I am trying to create an app using one of the SN provided templates that were installed:

then I get the Template Execution Failure message posted previously. I have Washington DC Patch 7 installed in my PDI and AES version 25.2.1.
