Trend Vision One connector Issues

We are currently configuring the Trend Vision One Connector (Version 2.2.36) in our ServiceNow development instance. While we have successfully established the connection and are receiving Trend cases that populate records in the Incident table, we are hitting a major roadblock concerning field visibility on the Incident form.

 

Specifically, we cannot surface any of the custom Trend-specific fields or the dedicated "Trend Vision One Case Management" form section that is shown in the connector's documentation. We've verified that the integration is working, but no matter how we adjust the form layouts, views,  add custom UI script, we cannot add the necessary Trend fields/section to the standard Incident form. I am hoping someone who has successfully implemented this can clarify the intended mechanism for displaying these fields on the Incident form. Any insight into how this is intended to be configured would be extremely helpful.
