Triage and Categorize ITSM incidents trigger not working

Steps to reproduce:
AI Agent Studio->Create & Manage->Triage and Categorize ITSM incidents (copy)->existing trigger


Description:
We want to test 'Triage and categorize ITSM incidents(copy)' AI Agent workflow for bulk incident data so we
have added trigger to run daily.
But cat/subcategory of incidents are not updating

 

please suggest any idea
