Trident Jira Integration with Servicenow

Hi Team

 

We have a requirement to set up an bi-directional ServiceNow integration to Trident Jira

Looking for some design documentation.

 

Any help appreciated.

@VR17 - You can integrate with multiple instances of JIRA using the spoke that you have. Please refer the docs link for the same.

Thanks ,However Looking for Trident Jira integration ,What plugin need to install in servicenow etc.

@VR17 - if you are going to use IntegrationHub (IH) then you need a license for JIRA spoke to push the data from ServiceNow to JIRA. You can check the below link on setting up JIRA spoke.

On the other hand we have many connectors available in JIRA marketplace to push the data from JIRA.

One of the connector example link from marketplace which JIRA team can purchase and configure it in JIRA.

Note: Please assess the capability and go for purchase of any plugins.

Hi Vasant,

We have already JIRA configured via Atlassian connector ,Not sure if for Trident need different connector ,Actually I am not able to find any information regarding Tridant Jira .
