@VR17 - You can integrate with multiple instances of JIRA using the spoke that you have. Please refer the docs link for the same.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Vasant Rajan
We already have bi-directional integration with Atlassian Jira and service now
if the incident is created in servicenow corresponding bug is created in JIRA. ---In the Organization
Now if any external Organization want to integrate their Atlassian JIRA with Our Servicenow what is the approach?while creating the connection I am not able to use existing JIRA spoke as this is already in use.
Can we use same JIRA spoke for multiple connection
Hope I am able to explain my point.

Hi VR17
May I please ask you to elaborate what you mean with Trident Jira?
For now I have a different approach I want to talk about:
Its my understanding that Exalate would be perfect for a use-case like this. It provides robust syncronization capabilities and you can granuarly decide what you want to send to the other side and how you want to apply receiving information. I have been using it for quite a while and it instantly jumped in my thoughts reading this post.
Hope to have helped you!
