Trigger a phone call from ServiceNow

Hi,

Is it possible to trigger a phone call from ServiceNow.

The requirement is to start a call whenever a P1 incident is logged.

If Twilio doesn't support India customers then a custom solution will have to be designed with another service that supports the creation of phone calls via REST or SOAP API.

There is XMatters. You can integrate with XMAtters and use to trigger a MIM phone call or SMS.

You might have to use notify api to trigger a call or sms incase of P1...
