Trigger Activity Set to Launch on 3rd Wednesday of Each Month

Hello Community,

 

I am working on an onboarding LE and would like for a survey activity to launch on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

 

In addition, the below criteria should be met:

  • The survey trigger should reference an employee's start date (to determine if the survey should launch in the current month if the 3rd Wednesday hasn't passed yet, or launch the next month if an employee was hired in the fourth week of a month).
  • The survey should only only be sent out once, not on every 3rd Wednesday of a month.

 

Has anyone configured something like this? I'm thinking that a script would have to be created.

You can achieve it by using Schedule Job and eventQueue.
