If yes how we can?

Which AI Agent are you talking about ? 

If it's virtual agent, you can use Virtual Agent API as provided by servicenow in REST..

If it's some custom Agent you have created you may need to open a support case.

In Yokohama release we're getting AI Agent new feature.
Can these AI agents will be triggered by API?

AI agents are new  in the SN ecosystem, but currently, they are used only within the system itself, not with APIs. However, this doesn't mean that APIs can't be utilized within AI agents. AI agents can use Flow, PAD, or Playbook, where APIs can be incorporated. So, indirectly, the answer is yes, but directly, the answer is no.
