Trigger id is empty for assessment record

Hello,

I have created custom assessment type, Using that i am able to trigger assessment and assigning to the user. but i am not able to see Trigger id for assessment.

Could you please let us know how to get Trigger id Value.

Typically, only surveys have a Trigger ID and Trigger Table, as they are created based on the trigger conditions configured.

Assessments are created on-demand basis, (i.e clicking UI action or links), so mostky they don't have trigger ids.
