Trigger notification

Hi team,

we have requirement that if p1 problem ticket is created and if incase there is no update (created and updated is same) on the ticket for 24 hours we need to trigger a notification can any one help me in the script how to achieve this

how can we attach this flow to the problem already out of the box workflows are running ..can we achieve this with business rule or schedule job if yes could you please help us in the script to trigger a event when there is no update on the problem for 24 hours

you cannot attach to already existing records.

the flow will attach only to new records.
